Delete Your Account – Mealize

You can request deletion of your Mealize account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion:
1. Open the Mealize app.
2. Go to Settings > Account.
3. Select "Delete Account" if available.

If the in-app option is not available, please email us at:
newblog302@gmail.com

Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- A clear request to delete your account and associated data

Data that will be deleted:
- Account information (email)
- User preferences and meal history
- App usage data

Some data (such as payment records via Google Play) may be retained where legally required.

We process deletion requests within 30 days.

احذف حسابك – Mealize

يمكنك طلب حذف حساب Mealize والبيانات الشخصية في أي وقت.

كيفية طلب حذف الحساب:
1. افتح تطبيق Mealize.
2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات > الحساب.
3. اختر "حذف الحساب" إذا كان متاحا.

إذا لم يكن الخيار متاحا في التطبيق، يرجى إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى:

تضمن المعلومات التالية:
- عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المسجل
- طلب واضح لحذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة

البيانات التي سيتم حذفها:
- معلومات الحساب (البريد الإلكتروني)
- تفضيلات المستخدم وسجل الوجبات
- بيانات استخدام التطبيق

قد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات (مثل سجلات الدفع عبر Google Play) إذا تطلب القانون ذلك.

نقوم بمعالجة طلبات الحذف في غضون 30 يوماً.
